Vortex^® Polycut™ Fasteners

Vortex^® Polycut™ Fasteners cut an expansion hole in the sheet that ensures your Polycarbonate sheet is installed correctly, allowing for thermal expansion and contraction in all conditions. No Pre-Drilling is required.

For installation of roofs over 3m in height or for high wind zones, please contact Laserlite Building Products. Always follow the installation guidelines when installing your polycarbonate sheets.

Please Note: Laserlite Building Products does not recommend Vortex^® Polycut™ fasteners for installations in high wind zones. Please contact Laserlite Building Products for recommended fastenings for these applications.

Multipurpose Fasteners

Our Polycarbonate Multipurpose Hex Head Assembly Fasteners are perfect for fastening Polycarbonate Roofing to Metal and Timber.

Recommended Driver:

Suitable Cordless Drill or Screwdriver. Speed: High (Metal), Low (Timber).

Noise Stop Tape

Laserlite® Noise Stop Tape helps reduce crackling and creaking of your roof that can be caused by extreme wind and weather conditions.

Eave Infill Strips

Laserlite® Eave Infill Strips prevent rain, dust, pests and wind entering eaves. They also prevent wind noise and potential roof rattling. They are weather and chemical resistant.

Colours Available: Black and White

Profiles Available: Corrugated, Greca and 5-Rib (note: 5-Rib have a Top and a Bottom strip).

Barge Capping

Barge Cappings to compliment your polycarbonate roofing material to assist making your installation weather tight.

Back Channel Infill Strips

Available in Corrugated, Greca and 5-Rib profiles – inserted inside metal Back Channel Flashing to prevent leaking at walls and fascia.
